I’ve taken too much time off from working out… I feel like crap even though everyone has been telling me how great I look. 10 lbs down isn’t enough. I need more gone. I need to get a bigger thigh gap. I want to fit into a size zero, not a 2. I need to be 100 lbs, not 118. I need to feel good about myself. I need him to come back to me…
